WMR: Right to give a rise

I don’t know how you present a message and vision for the country as well as a set of policies to deal with white male rage. But long thought short, should everyone have access to someone to release the anger in a constructive discussion. When we become more isolated, the opportunities to get off some steam become less and as economic systems shift and jobs are displaced, does that tendency to want to punch something find itself falling into politics. Before it was a lunch room rant, now it’s a rally cheer.

Should all Americans have access to someone to talk to? Not as a right, but as a method to create more cohesive and healthier communities and country? Should we treat isolation like homelessness, in that it needs a social safety net? What does that look like?
